Sewing with Birch for Birch

I wrote about my love for Birch fabrics more than once on this blog: its great quality, lovely prints, and the super sweet people behind the label.

So when Andrea of Birch asked me if they could show some of my creations in their boot at the International Quilt Market in Texas in October, I was beyond excited, honored and proud. Besides my honeycomb smocked sundress, the boot also featured a Hanami top in Birch's super cute Bears Hike in Multi fabric. I made it specifically for the quilt market, and now that has arrived back in Belgium, I thought I might just show it here too.

These are not the sharpest pictures - look at that, I think I just landed my nomination for the Understatement of the Year Award -  but doesn't Norah's happy face match perfectly with this fun fabric?

  2. Beautiful as usual! I love this fabric and Norah looks just like my daughter in these pictures (tripy doppelgänger) I wish I could up load a picture to show you, seriously I'd think they were twins if my daughter wasn't obviously younger than Norah.
