  5. About how big is the finished bassinet pattern? I was going to make this as a Christmas gift for my niece and she has a wide range of different size dolls, the biggest being about the size of a real newborn baby. Thanks.

  6. Hi Megan, I measured the bassinet and it is about 18.5 inches on the inside. So for a doll the size of a newborn baby, you woul have to make the bassinet a bit longer...

  10. There is a little girls on the right side of this page with a green top or dress on. I love the way it is sewn on the bodice. Did you make that or do you have a larger picture so I can get an idea of how to make my own pattern to sew it? Love all your ideas. Thanks!

  15. I just purchased all three! Can't wait to make these over my holiday break. I just hope they turn out half as beautiful as the ones pictured here!

  16. An, I have a quick question! On your Tinny, how much should I take off the back piece if I am not inserting a zipper but using an already-made button placket? (I would be cutting it already buttoned-up so the buttons will match the holes when cut.) Thanks so much! (fenna_otten (at) yahoo (dot) ca)

  17. Hi Fenna, sounds like a great idea! A 1 cm (3/8") seam allowance is included in the pattern. If you will need to keep it, depends on how wide you placket is, and how much overlap you will have. Hope it will work out well!
