It’s been a bit quiet on this blog lately, I know. I’ve been working very hard on my coat pattern (check Instagram for sneak peeks), and I’ve also been sewing a few things which I wasn’t allowed to show immediately.
One of those is a dress I made in a fabric from Bambiblauw’s newest collection, Happy Nature 3. Another line of beautiful fabric panels, in different fabric qualities (poplin, jersey, sweater), and it is being released today. Norah was asked to be a model-for-a-day, and so I sewed up a little dress for her in a beautiful snow tiger panel.
The pattern is the one I used here before, and which I hope to release soon.
Lieselot of Bambiblauw came up with the great idea to make a collar in snow white faux fur. I decided to make it a separate add-on collar, which closes with a satin ribbon in the front. I’ll be making the free pattern available in sizes 1-12y.
Norah was modeling together with the cutest little boy I have ever met: Mirel‘s son Len.
Make sure to check out Bambiblauw’s Facebook or Instagram page to see more pictures of the shoot. Like the beautiful Jaanu dress and Lua sleep sack which were also made for the photoshoot:
And of course, check out the Bambiblauw shop to swoon over the beautiful panels! Or win some, here.
Thank you so much Lieselot, for inviting us to participate in the photo shoot!
